hi, (i don't even know if i am doing this right) anyway i have 2 active boys 2 and 4 and we moved to stl from kc in november and don't have any friends yet. we are located at page and 270 and get out of the house almost ever day we just need some other people to do it with. also are there any good parks around besides vago and creve coure-thanks

Hi, I would love to meet some new people.  I have a 2 year old daughter and a five month old son.  I live off 270 and Manchester so we aren't that far apart.  We also try to get out as much as we can but are normally flying solo.  Most of my friends with kids live out of state or just have different things going on.  There is a park off of 270 and Manchester right by West County Mall, I believe it's called Des Peres Park, I haven't been to it but I drive by it all of the time and looks great.  Let me know if you would like to meet up some time.

Des Peres Park is awesome and a great place for a half day adventure. In the summer, they turn on the fountains so the kids can run through them and get all wet - bring extra clothes and the camera for some great family shots. Great place for a picnic and theres also a great playground for older kids too.

I give that park 5 stars!

I finally made it to Des Peres park today, I have only driven by it a million times, It was great.  Awesome walking paths, great playgrounds, I also give it 5 stars.  I will definately be going back ny two year old loved it.
