I wanted to pass along some information about a fun exercise class that I take called Jamcorps. I have been taking this class for the last year and truly love it (so much so, that I am getting certified to teach it). Jamcorps is a bootcamp style program that combines greek-fraternity style stepp moves and sports-conditioning exercises. Don't let any of that scare you because the bottom line: it is a great workout and a lot of fun! I lost 16 overall inches within the first three months of taking the class (and that was pretty much with only being able to attend the class two nites/week).
