Hello my name is Leslie and I have a 7 year old son. He is currently enrolled at a St. Louis City school (Buder Elementry)

I am upset with the qualtiy of school here in St. Louis City. I myself was educated in Webster Groves and it was a hell of alot better. Were black, so we qualify for the Voluntary Desegration program, I would really love to get him in the program and send him to the same schools I was educated in however...

My housing situation isnt stable...We he was in kingtergarden we lived in Columbia, MO. When he got to first grade, we moved back here and he beagn going to his present school, and in second grade he went to Edwardsville Public Schools. Now were back here. I would like to get him in the VTS program, but hes not good at making friends, hes been to so many schools already.  Should I just keep him St. Louis Public schools for now???
