Hi, my name is Sara. Let me start by telling you my dillema. My son goes to a daycare in Creve Coeur. I work a full time job. I am VERY unhappy with the daycare that he is at. Let me tell you why: Back in June, his finger was smashed in a door and ended up having to have stitches, because a the director slammed the door on him. Ok, an accident, I get it. But, my little boy was hurt! Anyway, #2, on Friday my husband went to pick him up and he was in a dark room all alone, half standing in a stroller, not strapped in, and screaming and crying. He and my daughter looked for him for a few minutes (there are several rooms there and all the doors are locked from the insides and closed to help "contain" the children from roaming the halls). So, he was screaming for about 5 minutes before my husband found him and got him. He was all alone!! Isn't this neglect?? What am I supposed to do?? I really don't want to send him on Monday, but don't know what else to do... I really would like to just stay home with the two of them, but money is already very tight.... I just don't know how to trust anyone with my kids anymore! (his first sitter walked in the snow and rain with him and resulted in him being sick CONSTANTLY and me having to miss work). I just can't find a good sulotion... Can you mom's help me out? By the way, I live in the Overland area... Thanks, Sara
