No, this is not about yet another recalled toy and lead.  But, this is a reminder to all who celebrate the holidays by putting up pretty colored lights inside or outside the home to WASH YOUR HANDS after handling the light strands.  Also, don't let  your children handle them.  Most light strands have lead in them, so decrease your children's chances of ingesting (any more) lead by washing your hands and theirs, and making sure the littlest ones don't put the light strands or their hands after handling anywhere near their mouths (obviously that poses other health risks too).
