I absolutely love this time of year, I'm always so motivated to get fit in the Fall. Here at StrollerFit® St. Louis we are planning some fun events this Fall, the big one being the StrollerFriends® Fall Festival. Hopefully the weather will be nice and we'll be at the park. We've got some great activities planned for the whole family to participate in. As most moms know it's sometimes tricky to get the entire family involved in fitness but you'll learn some great tips for family fitness at this event. There will be giveaways, raffles, snacks, costume parade and so much more. Join in on the free StrollerFit® event to find out how you can enjoy exercising and connecting with other moms just like you. StrollerFit®’s postnatal fitness program is created just for moms. But more than just a great workout, it’s also about having fun! StrollerFit® also offers a free group called StrollerFriends® which brings moms together by offering them the chance to connect with other moms through playgroups and organized social gatherings in their community. Plus, it provides kids with opportunities to play, share, and make friends, too!
