In 2005, my husband and I refinanced our house. This is our first house, and we didn't know a lot about loans, etc. So when the guy said that our loan was an "ARM loan, but don't worry, we will get it converted in 2 years", we didn't worry. Until it started adjusting and he was no where to be found!!! Then I got out the paperwork and read the fine print that said that our rate was never going to be less than 5.5% above prime. I still didn't know what prime was, but I knew that didn't sound good.

I went in search of a new lender. It was really important that I find one that I felt I could trust. One that would take the time and answer all of my questions, one that would get back to me right away when I called and one that explained everything UP FRONT!

I found just that. He worked with us to find the best deal for our situation. We closed on our new loan yesterday. We got a great rate that is FIXED and we are saving almost $300 a month! I would recommend this company to anyone!
