Do you know of any websites/ videos that provide good at-home workouts? I have seen a lot of commercials for DVDs and products, but I wanted to see if anyone has used any?

I purchased the Turbo Jam dvds.  They provide a fantasic workout.  You can adjust the impact based on you own level.  I love them...when I do them.  It's a whole other thing to actually motivate to exercise at the end or the beginning of a long day.

Thanks for the info. I will have to check it out. Ya, it seems like the hardest part though will be motivating myself to do it after working all day. My problem with doing it in the morning is I always hit the snooze.

I love the Tai Bo tapes.  Billy Blanks kicks my butt every time!  They are a hard workout, but I swear that I feel stronger after just one run-through!

My girlfriends love the Billy Blanks DVDs!  Seriously good work out, I don't have them myself, but I think I might look into it too!

I agree that the turbo Jam workouts are amazing!  I posted a home workout topic, not knowing you had one here!  LOL  It's one of my favorites, and really works!  Good luck, and I will be checking back to see if anyone has any more suggestions.  Have any of you tried the Bosu ball?  I really like that too, great workout!
