Oh YES all that bowling caused some problems for me! My hips have been killing me, and yesturday I could hardly walk! I went with thoughts of giving it my best shot, but after a light lunch, some wonderful conversation, well I felt like going home and putting the heating pad on my hip!!
I did have a wonderful time, and well tomorrow is boxing so Monica will crack the wip!
Ok off to deal with the pain, and hope we dont jump rope tomorrow! LOL

Hey Ladies it time to take this walking outside!! We have been walking the mall and now that the weather is getting warmer (hopefully!!) we plan on hitting a near by park! South County mall is the place that we meet, so if anyone can suggest a place in the general area to walk please let us know!!

Wednesday April 16th we are meeting at Suson Park in South County!!

This looks like a great place to start our STLMoms Wellness Team outdoor walking! Come on out and get fit with us! Bring the strollers and pile in the kids! They even have a Animal park!! Check out the details on this. Country living is just around the corner at the Suson Park animal farm display. Most breeds of farm animals are represented for urban dwellers to see and enjoy, from the draft horses that helped plow our soil to examples of the modern cattle breeds. Life on the farm never looked so good! Free admission. Open daily April through September from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; open October through March from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily (goats, pigs and chickens - cows and horses are in the barn on weekends only). Schedule a volunteer led tour for $20 for groups of up to 30 people in April and May by calling the Affton White-Rodgers Community Center at 314-638-2100.

Hi Ladies! We are in for a treat tomorrow. If you haven't yet had the pleasure if visiting Suson Park, I can tell you from experience that it is a terrific place! I take my kids there alot during the spring and summer, and last year I hosted my family's "Mother's Day " picnic there.
When we are finished, I plan on taking my son over to the little animal farm they have, so if anyone would like to join us, please do!

Oh, duh...I almost forgot... When you go into the main entrance, follow the road to the little playground on the right. There is a parking lot there which would be a great place for us to meet.

The weather turned out nearly perfect for our morning walk at Suson Park, a little windy, but otherwise nice! JOey had fun, although he got a little testy. MIchelle, you save the day by giving him Rosie's leash! Can't wait till next week, ladies!

Sunshine and wonderful friends, what more can you ask for!! Suson Park was beautiful and a great place to walk. Wacky I thought Joey was going to take a swim a couple of times!!
The little zoo that they had was perfect, but I have to say the pigs were mighty stinkey!! Until next time ladies!!
We had to stop at my dad's so Joey could tell him they needed to go fishing! That's all he talked about all night, and the 1st words out of his mouth this morning were about that catfish!
