I have the Turbo Jam videos put out by beachbody, and wow what a great workout!  I head to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I need a workout I can do to fill in the gap.  Ladies this is the workout of all workouts!  Get ready to shed pounds and inches, get in shape, and have a blast doing it!

 Last Thursday in class I tried a new jump rope!  Jumping rope is not one of my favorite things to do in class, and I never look forward to it.  I always feel off balance, and tripping over my own feet!Really embarressing!  Well Monica let me borrow her rope, and it was very similar to the one shown above.  One pound weighted rope!  It was the difference between night and day in my jumping!  Yes I have been practicing at home with my old one, but wow this really made a big difference. 

Jumping rope is one of the best Cardio workouts!  You can get this rope at any sporting goods store!  Thanks and "Let's get jumping!" 

So do you like to jump rope??  I did it for years on the playground at recess!  Anyone remember the songs we sang??  Oh lets get a laugh and see how many we can remember!!
