I am concerned about planting anything with all this rain. Is it okay to plant now? One day it is warm then next it is freezing and I don't want to lose my money.

All of my tulips came up but they look sad. My grass is turning green. It was brown from being dormant. I want some spring color in my yard.

Any advise or suggestions from the green thumbs out there?
