Doulas: Jamie Bodily, Briana Mager, Jess Townsend. We will discuss comfort measures in labor and  the benefits of hiring a doula. The doulas will also be available privately that night for interviews and questions.



Dr. Whitney Hamed chiropractor and pregnancy specialist will provide information on how to have an easier, healthier and more satisfying pregnancy and birth.
