Yes you are a new mom, or maybe your children are growing up? However you would like to make a little income or a lot?? Let me show you how, to get fit and make money

As a single mom, for most of my childs life   ).. I was always looking for a way to make extra money, without having to leave my child behind, with more time without me. That is when I was introduced to teaching fitness classes, which then evolved into personal training.

Wow, get paid to do something that is fun, exciting, rewarding, healthy, controls  your mood swings, and PMS, that so many women are challanged with.. As well you will look great.

In a nut shell, I have been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years, as well personal training. At the same time I have worked in corporate america for over (25) and have most recently left to work for a non-profit organization. At the same time, I have launched a business for fitness instructors.  One direction is to train woman, that come through my non-profit organization, as well to have more trained as I have people wanting to hire and I don't have enough trained and ready to go.

My goal will be to get a good hourly rate for an instructor, with an added profit sharing benifit.

I do the  teaching and the training, to prepare the instructor for the certifications that are expected. Not always inforced, how ever I belive in being certified, where as many times in the fitness clubs you  won't find this. It is to risky,  as well the class can be boring if not properly trained.

If you are interested in this please give me a call to chat, and see what the oppurtunity is. My cell is Illinois, however I am in Clayton 618-530-4547

Hi Beth,

Reading your background was quite inspiring and motivational.  My name is Andrea Caldwell and I was recently laid off from Corporate America.  This is a blessing is disguise because I have a one year old who I miss spending time with very much, as well as, as a five year old who needs my attention as well.

Not knowing if I am suitable for your organization, let me take a moment to tell you a little about myself.  I am married with two kids and have always had a passion for fitness and ministry.  Honestly, I am very over weight, but in the two weeks that I have been off work, I have had the time to work-out and journal my food intake, as well as, my thoughts, feelings and triggers.  For an obese individual, I do have a lot of energy and endurance.  My weight snuck up on me after the last pregnancy.  Before that I was at a very healthy weight.  When I'm at home, I pretend that I am teaching a low-impact aerobics class.  That might sound silly, but it is true.  Maybe if a class was taught by a real women, who can identify with other over weight women, that would be an inspiration in itself.  Everyone has their individual struggles and not everyone is a size 6.

I would love to have the opportunity in speaking with you more in detail.  My email address is weegie1@sbcglobal.net and my cell phone is 314-603-7811.

Thank You,

Andrea Caldwell

I hold a class here in my home with my one year old son.  Sounds funny, but it's true.  I just want to work out and have fun in the process.
