From almost the moment he was born, Christina Gill's four year old son, Chase, has had a hard life. Just weeks after he was born, Chase developed a rare condition called Williams Syndrome, which in his case narrowed the arteries of his heart. Unfortunately, his condition also makes him susceptible to infections. He's had plenty already and his parents believe the constant use of syrupy antibiotics is why his four top teeth are rotted to below the gum and almost all the rest are also damaged.

"I've talked to probably eight or nine dentists, Gill said, "and no one will work on him"

The problem is Chase would have to have anesthesia and, with his heart condition, they cannot find a dentist willing to help.

She says they've offered to sign waivers and still no luck.

"It's hard," said Christina Gill. "You watch him you are the parent you are supposed to take their pain away when they hurt and I can't do that."
