Cash for Class: Will it Work?

In St. Louis, it's been a problem for a while now: low attendance at public schools. Over the years, school districts have tried different ways to convince parents to send their kids to class. Now, for the first time, St. Louis schools are offering cash incentives. Jefferson Elementary principal Nathalie Means explains why her school is doing it, how it works and what the stipulations are to get the cash.
