Taste. It's all relative.
Ryan Seacrest put it best when Miley Cyrus' mother "Tish" spun around and showed the angel wings she has tattooed on her back. "I don't know if that's a good influence or a bad influence," Ryan sputtered. Miley swiftly gave it her seal of approval, claiming mom has "good taste" in tats. This goes a long way in explaining Miley's rapidly developing too fast, too trashy, style. Oscar dress? Faily nice. Make-up? Way too much for someone so young.
